TCBride We're Hiring2015 & 2016 have been pivotal years of growth for The Coordinated Bride!  In 2015 we launched this beautiful blog, debuted The Coordinated Bride Wedding app (available in the Google Play store and in the App store), had two successful brunches for brides in the New York City area, witnessed the journey to the altar for 5 of our amazing Guest Bride Bloggers aka Certified Coordinated Brides, inspired you with styled shoots and featured steal worthy weddings from real brides all over the world.  In 2016 we produced a successful styled shoot, upgraded #TEAMTCB with 3 new staff members, hosted another amazing brunch in New York and one in Chicago, saw 13 of our stunning and talented Guest Bride Bloggers walk down the aisle and added a multitude of clients to our preferred vendor catalogue.  Oh and YES – we continue to inspire your day with styled shoots, real weddings some of the most Coordinated Couples from around the world.

To quote my mom, we are getting too big for our britches and with all of the projects that we have lined up for 2017 – we need some assistance.   With your help we are expanding The Coordinated Bride family!!!   If you are obsessed with all things wedding, have amazing writing skills and love to brunch (wink wink) we need you!

Blog Contributor (Part-Time/Virtual Position) (Intern)

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Self-motivated with excellent writing skills (experience with writing for an online audience is preferred)
  • Have an eye for recognizing wedding trends, styles, creative ideas and wedding inspiration
  • Must have an understanding of The Coordinated Bride’s content and style
  • Must write with personality
  • Create original content and inspiration boards and pitch ideas that will be featured on the Coordinated Bride Wedding Blog
  • Article/Blog post should be around 700-1,000 words and accompanied by suitable photos (with credit)
  • Informative – must be able to research topics and cite to quality sources and websites that support the content pieces
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
  • Must commit to a minimum of 2 posts per month
  • Note: This is not a Guest Bride Blogger position
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Editorial Assistant (Part-Time/Virtual Position) (Compensated)

  • Must meet all of the above + below criteria
  • Self Starter
  • Must be proficient with WordPress and have experience with Photoshop or similar photo editing tool (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines – selected candidate must be able to contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week to The Coordinated Bride
  • Contribute content to the blog and assist with creating The Coordinated Bride weekly newsletter
  • Strong eye for design and layout
  • Strong writing and editing skills to review content submitted to The Coordinated Bride Blog
  • Serve as the liaison between The Coordinated Bride and it’s clients
  • Strong social media skills. Instagram and Pinterest (required). Facebook and Twitter (preferred)
  • Administer The Coordinated Bride private Facebook Group

Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time / Virtual) (Compensated)

  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Have an eye for recognizing wedding trends, styles, creative ideas and wedding inspiration
  • Tenured in the wedding industry community
  • Serve as the liaison between The Coordinated Bride and prospective clients
  • Has exceptional communication skills to engage in and create dialogue about The Coordinated Bride
  • Data reporting and analysis
  • Outreach to potential clients
  • Can create positive experiences by cultivating relationships with other brands
  • Can increase the reach of The Coordinated Bride both off and online
  • Identify blogs, websites or popular social media influencers to coordinate with
  • Must provide a resume of wedding industry related experience

I know!  I know!! You want to know how to apply!!    We love cover letters but they are so impersonal and blasé.  Instead of a cover letter just shoot an e-mail to  The subject of the e-mail should be the name of the position that you are applying for.  The body of the e-mail should be a brief but informative and funky personal bio with a list of your social media accounts.  Be sure to specify why you want to join #TEAMTCB.  Be creative and let us get to know you so that we can determine if we should accept you into the elite family known as The Coordinated Bride.   Be sure to include links to your previous online writing body of work and any images that inspire you.
