Ann-Janelle and Kevin had a multicultural July 2014 wedding in Toronto, Canada. They were as calm as can be which made the day beautiful. Ann-Janelle was born in Antigua and transplanted to Canada at age 9. Kevin is of Grenadian descent and was born in Canada. Family from all over North America and the Caribbean attended the wedding.
From the Bride:
Kevin proposed about a year after we started dating. It was mid December of 2012 he had just been promoted to a new position at work and I thought we were just going out for dinner to celebrate his promotion, but little did I know he had something else in mind. We decided to go out for dinner at Moxie’s the same place we had our first date. While eating dinner Kevin and I got into a deep discussion about where we saw ourselves in the future and how important we were to one another. He started to tell me about how his life has changed since he met me and how happy he was in our relationship. In the midst of pouring out his feelings for me he got up out of his seat came over to my side of the booth and got down on one knee while revealing the beautiful ring he had for me. I, of course, being the emotional sob that I am started to cry in disbelief. That day he made me the happiest woman on earth. He made my heart smile.
