Tim was holding onto the ring for four months before he proposed to Hailey! He had to find the perfect moment. That moment came when they had just purchased a block of land together, celebrating their win as they watched the city fireworks from afar. Tim placed the ring at the bottom of her glass before asking her to marry him!
What followed was an intimate wedding with 95 guests on May 20, 2017. The wedding day was comfortable and laidback, as Hailey wanted her guests to feel at home. Held at the Terindah Estate, the venue provided her wedding with a ocean hillside backdrop and a winery. Neutral and minimalistic tones were present throughout, with small candles to provide a touch of warmth.
When asked if she had any advice for future brides, Hailey said “Have an idea of what you want, but be open to change. Small things will go wrong, but usually you’re the only person who will know it and no one else will notice. Make sure you make some time for you and your husband to share without the crowd, it will be the part you remember.”
