Back in May we had the brilliant idea to host a bridal brunch.  We hosted an intimate event that was open to former brides and any bride to be in the New York tri-state area who was in the midst of planning their wedding.  The event was not open to wedding vendors, bridesmaids or husbands – just a bunch of wedding crazed women chatting all things wedding.    So we put the call out on Instagram and since we wanted to keep it small, we announced it as a “By Invitation Only” event open to 10 people.

The Coordinated Bride Brunch took place on Sunday May 24th at Upstairs at The Kimberly Hotel, yes, we did it Penthouse Style!  Though we had a few disconnects with the wait staff and the temperature setting at the venue, the food was good and the mimosas kept coming.   Our goal of building a community and bond of brides was absolutely successful.

Thank you to the lovely Coordinated Brides who attended the event.  They gave each other advice, told horror and success stories about planning their weddings, shared expectations about walking down the aisle and were free to converse about any and everything.  These women built a bond with each other and with me that will be remembered for a very long time.  #bridesisters
