When you come from the Philippines you are aware of how important a close bond with your family is. It’s inculcated in the culture and values. That’s why when it comes to marriage, it’s important to have those closest around. Take it from Beverly and Theodore!

Some people prepare their weddings for just a month or two, some even prepare for weeks, but for Beverly and Theodore, it took plenty of months to prepare. The couple looked into every single detail to ensure that everything would be perfect.

Beverly’s wedding gown was custom made from the traditional Filipino baro’t saya wedding gown to a modern laced Sottero Midgley white wedding dress. Theodore wore the Filipino Barong which is the national dress of the Philippines. It’s an embroidered formal shirt which is lightweight and worn untucked over an undershirt. The men in the entourage also wore Filipino Barong and the women wore peach colored dresses. The couple and their entourage coordinated effortlessly!

On the wedding day Beverly and Theodore were joined with their family and friends, happily journeying with the couple at the St. Anthony’s Church in Hamilton, New Jersey. The happy couple took their vows in front of God, promising their everlasting commitment to each other and to be an inspiration of faith to other people.

The reception was held in The Hamilton Manor located in Hamilton, New Jersey. It was most definitely a night to remember, with everyone dancing into the night and rejoicing for the newlyweds.
