An Intimate Burgundy & Blush Outdoor Garden Party Wedding

It was a cool January day when Dennie and Basil had their ivory, red, magenta and gold wedding in Orlando at the Courtyard at Lake Lucerne.

During the process of wedding planning the couple was uncertain as to whether they wanted to have a big, luxurious wedding (with 200 guests!) or an intimate and romantic garden party wedding with 40 of their closest friends and family members. In the end, they chose intimate. The gorgeous Burgundy and Blush Vintage Garden inspiration came to life at their The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne Wedding. Dennie’s vision was to get married in a secret and romantic garden setting and this venue was the coordinated beautifully as the backdrop for this stunning design.

Designer Weddings by Carly Rose got right to work with only 6 months to coordinate and bring Dennie & Basil’s vision to life. Before the garden celebration could begin, Dennie and Basil became husband and wife at St. James Cathedral in an intimate and very special wedding ceremony. When the ceremony was over, it was time to head back to The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne for what was sure to be an amazing wedding! Their amazing portraits were captured by Cami Zi Photography who also managed to capture all the stunning burgundy and blush secret garden wedding reception details that awaited guests. To keep with the intimate wedding feel, Dennie and Basil did a long table for 20 guests which seated not only them, but their entire bridal party. This stunning table was full of gorgeous burgundy, blush, bright pink and cream floral and of course lots of greenery. The gold accents were the perfect compliment to this elegant and romantically designed table. The couple danced the night away under the perfectly placed market lights and everyone enjoyed a delicious wedding cake, complete with a donut display!
