Who doesn’t love the idea of an elegant New Year’s Eve wedding- where the guests can pop bottles of champagne and ring in the new year together?! From champagne towers to the balloon drop at midnight, this would be an evening no one could ever forget.
This luxurious and sexy styled wedding was planned and designed by Brandi of Events by Robin and perfectly captured by Three16 Photography. Each photo capturing the unique features of The Majestic Downtown in Los Angeles, California. The story of this stunning wedding venue began in the 1920’s- when it served as a bank’s national headquarters. From floor to ceiling arched windows, dazzling chandeliers, hand painted ceilings, and gorgeously sculpted marble columns and floors, this unique and jaw-dropping venue is the perfect backdrop for a glamorous wedding!
Winnie Couture provided the perfect breathtaking and detailed a-line gown. The cascading chiffon skirt created elegance, while the intricately beaded low-cut top added a bit of sparkle and sexiness. The dress and jewelry from Kendra Scott were selected to make a statement on the stunning bride- along with the black velvet linens from GBS Linens that were set to match the grooms black Velvet jacket from Friar Tux.
The romantic ambiance was created with the help of Signature Party Rentals and Above all Rentals, who brought in chic yet modern decor. Each piece complimenting the other to create a modern tablescape with a theme of black, white and gold. For some extra spice, an effortless menu card by Polkadot Weekend and hexagon name tile by Sara Kathleen Creations were added. Pink Daffodil created florals with dreamy greens and whites to give a simple but elegant look, highlighted with floating candles for an extra sexy look. The bride and groom stood between luscious candles and greens to showcase the jaw-dropping staircase. The lighting and live entertainment by Invisible Touch Events brought just the right mood to get the bride and groom dancing through midnight to kiss under the balloon-drop.
Every wedding needs a fun way to celebrate dessert, and what better than a donut wall created by Sara Kathleen Creations and Lavish Candy. Our bride and groom skipped the cutting of the cake and enjoyed a single donut together while sipping champagne from their bubbly tower to finish the night!
