Nadege and Edward (Eddie) met at a local drugstore in Clearwater, FL. They are currently in the midst of planning an intimate yet glamorous wedding experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.
The Proposal from the groom
I originally wanted to propose to Nadege at the International Food Festival at Epcot under the fire works. We spent a wonderful day drinking various beers and wines and eating food from different countries. My plan was to propose on one knee under the fire works WELL… I unfortunately lost the ring! While on one knee and while I opened the ring case the ring was no where to be found. My heart sank to the bottom of my feet! I met death face in the face at that exact moment. Not to mention the people laughing while seeing the fiasco I created. Truly an embarrassing moment. Luckily I found the ring! It had fallen in one of the bags we were carrying out thank God. The next step, the do-over…the redemption proposal. I finally proposed during a romantic candlelight dinner at the Conrad in Downtown Miami. Which at this point Nadege was definitely expecting the proposal and uttered the words…”Give me that ring!”
When they are not wedding planning they enjoy just keeping each other company and hanging out. Going out on dates to the movies or shopping (Nadege!) and traveling. The pair share a love for traveling. So far they’ve been to Montreal, New York City, Cancun Mexico, Hamden and New Haven, CT and they plan to travel a great deal after they get married. Nadege and many more travels to go! They are also foodies and enjoy eating for the experience. On any given weekend they can be found at some of the top rated restaurants in the Miami/South Florida area.
In 10 years Nadege and Edward hope to be happy, comfortable, and continuing to learn and love each other.
