Brides are always looking for a way to add a little something extra to their wedding dress.  A bridal sash can be used to bring a theme or color into your wedding day attire.  It can also be used to top of your wedding dress with that hint of bling or over the top wow factor.

Here are four Do’s and Don’ts to consider when choosing your bridal sash

Do – Choose a sash that will accentuate and not overpower your dress.  You want your guests to be focused on you and not the sash.

Don’t – Over accessorize.  A tiara, a statement necklace, gloves and a bridal sash = over accessorizing.  Minimal is always good.  One statement piece is enough.  There is such a thing as too much.

Do – Think about your theme and overall decor when choosing your bridal sash.  For example, if you are going with vintage, select a sach that has pearls or maybe add a brooch to the sash.

Don’t – Be scared of color.  For example, check out the lime green sash that was added to the sash below.  Adding a pop of color is great way to pull your decor into your attire.
